Step out of the conference and into the city on this study tour, hosted by Capital&Centric.

The curated walking tour will start at Manchester Central and will be led by renowned local tour guide Jonathan Schofield, bringing the city’s history and architecture to life.

Explore the transformation of Manchester’s oldest surviving Victorian mills, once derelict warehouses, now reimagined as residential spaces. This is your chance to hear directly from the leaders behind the regeneration and learn more about the design, challenges, and social impact of the project. 

You’ll also visit Embassy Village, a development project taking shape under the picturesque railway arches, among rivers and canals. Get a rare behind-the-scenes look at a live construction site in progress, in one of Manchester’s most unexpected and atmospheric pockets.

The tour will conclude with refreshments at a local venue, giving you chance to continue the conversation.

PPE will be provided, including safety boots. Please submit your shoe size during registration so we can ensure we’re fully stocked.
