MCM Live - building resilience through innovation

Mears Director of IT Adam Hunt talks through his development of MCM Live which allows tenants and residents to see how far their repairs operative is, how long they will be and enabling them to ask questions. MCM Live has come into its own during the Covid Crisis as residents were able to prepare for a visit by isolating if needed and to allow access without contact.
