Q&A session: involving residents in procurement, we can achieve more together

To coincide with this session, Fusion21 and Tpas are publishing a joint research report, which focuses on how enabling tenants to input into procurement and asset management decisions leads to positive outcomes for everyone involved.

During this session, representatives of the two organisations are joined by tenants and housing provider procurement who outline the ways in which tenants can shape asset management and procurement at a strategic level, as well as how ongoing tenant scrutiny leads to improvements in the products and services bought by landlords.

Tenants are the people who live with the results of their landlords’ procurement decisions, and as our panel will discuss, they therefore want and need meaningful input.
