We have an award-winning apprenticeship programme, an innovative work programme which gives members of our communities 26 week paid work placements as well as a 50% share in the highly regarded GEM programme. We will briefly share our work and then give you the opportunity to meet some of our apprentices, GEMs and former GEMs as well as key members of our OD team.
