Youth Driven Innovation (YDI) is a powerful new approach for solving identified, sometimes complex, business-related problems and an equally powerful approach for enabling young people to develop problem-solving skills, critical thinking and nurture their creativity. YDI brings young people together in groups to solve real problems being faced in the local community.

This presentation will highlight some recent and planned YDI projects in The Netherlands, UK, Canada and South Africa, their results as well as lessons learnt and will challenge participants to start thinking about organising such an interactive and inspiring process within their own organisation.
