The Homelessness Hackathon at Housing 2019 brings together George Clarke’s Ministry of Building Innovation and Education and digital talent from FutureGov to work alongside councils, charities, businesses and housing associations to find solutions to the homelessness challenge.

The Bishop of Manchester, Dr David Walker, who chairs both a housing association and the Manchester Homelessness Partnership, will be announcing the winning idea in this Fringe session.
