This session will explore how a ground-breaking Highland project is transforming the lives of people with complex health needs through the development of a falls prediction system that uses data from Smart Home technologies installed in peoples’ homes.

Led by a unique partnership between Albyn Housing Society, NHS Highland and Robert Gordon University, and co-designed with tenants, this ground-breaking approach will allow timely interventions before falls occur and enable people to live independently and well in their homes for longer.
