Following the major Rugg Review in 2018, which concluded that millions of PRS tenants have been failed through poor policy-making, this session will explore what can be done to improve the sector. Changes to national policy are clearly important, but this session will also discuss the potential for local authorities to make change happen in their areas and the options to empower renters groups.
