This session will explore the issues and impacts of digital poverty and digital exclusion on lives and communities in the context of the cost of living crisis. How can we avoid the exclusion of people from joining in digital aspects of life and society due to a lack of finance, skills and/or connectivity?

The discussion will examine the role of local authorities and key partners in helping to alleviate digital poverty. It will spotlight the best practice initiatives and partnerships that are making a difference to communities. What can the sector learn from them and what challenges remain to be tackled?
