The continuing squeeze on household budgets amid soaring energy prices is pushing many people to financial breaking point and exacerbating the fuel poverty crisis.

With the profound health impacts on residents living in fuel poverty and the increased rate of damp and mould for their landlords, there is a need for more joined-up thinking to meet these challenges.

This session will look at how the housing sector can take a more strategic approach to policy, budgets and resources to tackle the challenge of fuel poverty and all of its impacts.

It will also consider the role of technology in identifying and supporting vulnerable tenants who may be living in fuel poverty but not asking for help.
