This session shows how the global standard for asset management ISO 55001 has been applied to help address and overcome the main challenges around:

1. regulation and sustainability, 2. improving the condition of homes, 3. enhancing safety, 4. maximising value in the supply chain and 5. addressing challenges around data management.

This presentation will describe the journey of Magna, a housing association in the south to generate the business case in favour of modular homes and turn this strategy into reality with the creation of 363 homes in the last two years.
