Innovative and bespoke approaches are essential to supporting people experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantage, in order to enable them to move on from cycles of rough sleeping and emergency accommodation, and into more stable housing options. People who experience homelessness and multiple disadvantage are not a homogenous group and a tailored, informed and inclusive offer of support is needed to alleviate homelessness. 

In this session we will explore a variety of innovative and successful housing led approaches to ending homelessness including Housing First and Critical Time Intervention.
