We understand more than ever the real impact that decent homes and neighbourhoods have on our health and wellbeing. With changes coming in health and care structures, and government policies highlighting the importance of place based partnerships and connections with housing (including investment in better strategic join up and planning), this session will track the progress of existing strong partnerships, how these are growing, and what is making these successful.
