The pandemic has shown that homelessness can be reduced if the right policies are in place.  However, the stark warning in the latest Homelessness Monitor for England is that levels of core homelessness will have gone up by a third between 2019 and 2024 if nothing changes. This session will discuss where the opportunities are to engage people-centered approaches to eradicate rough sleeping.
