With over 3 million people fleeing the Ukraine after the devastating conflict, the UK is preparing to help over 200,000 new arrivals settle and access much-needed services.

This session will consider the issues that refugees will be facing and the real contribution that the social housing sector can make to ensure access to safe, good-quality homes and integration into communities.

How can we make sure that refugees are seen as members of our community that are deserving of help, rather than as a drain on already overstretched resources?
