The charter for social housing residents was about strengthening tenants’ voices and influence in the relationship between landlords and tenants.  This was reinforced with the regulator’s proposed tenant satisfaction measures. In this session, we will explore what tenants and landlords are doing together to drive that forward, the impacts for tenants and organisations, and what changes are still needed.
