This session will provide an overview of the approach Grand Union is taking to understand their customers through a psychographic segmentation. By applying this approach to understanding needs and behaviours, Grand Union will share how they are using insight and data to inform evidence based transformation, design services that meet customers’ needs, improve the way they can measure customer experience and develop an inclusive and continuous approach to customer voice.
