In response to regulatory reform, many housing providers are increasing the numbers of tenants on their boards (or scrutiny panels for councils). Yet does this automatically improve corporate governance? How should you do it well? 

This session will explore how to ensure you recruit, support, train and empower tenant board members effectively. If you are a tenant who wants to join a board, how can you make the most of it?
