The award-winning ‘Customer Voices’ by Wheatley Group – Scotland’s leading housing, care and property-management organisation – gives over 2000 tenants of all ages a voice to help improve services.
Since its launch in 2021, Customer Voices officers have held more than 1200 in-person and online events. The programme earned the ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ accolade at the Chartered Institute of Housing Scotland Housing Awards for its work promoting panel discussions and events on topics including rent, home safety, repairs, anti-social behaviour and the local environment.
