However, with the pace of change expected and the concerns it raises, this session will explore what AI means for the housing sector and residents over the next 5-10 years. What are the opportunities and risks of wider adoption? What governance and ethical considerations are needed to manage those risks? How can we ensure that tenants feel confident in its use and that no-one is left behind?
