Inequalities within the UK housing system are still persistent. Research has shown that race and ethnicity is a contributing factor in the inability for communities to access safe, secure and affordable housing. This session will explore the decisive action needed to tackle racial inequality within the housing sector and achieve transformational and long-term change. Speakers will also highlight how the housing sector can ensure boards and leadership teams better reflect the diverse communities we serve.
