This session will look at how asset management and development teams can work together to understand whole life carbon emissions and ensure new build homes will be resilient to rising temperatures and flood risk down the line. We’ll discuss the impact of recent legislation including the Future Homes Standard and Biodiversity Net Gain and look at how to streamline investments in new developments to ensure tenants live in homes that are affordable, high-quality and ready for the future.
