Leaseholders and shared owners expect you, as their landlord, to account correctly for every penny you charge, and you can be challenged legally if you get it wrong, omit adequate consultation or send your bills out too soon or too late.  

Our speaker, Kate Davies, ran Notting Hill Genesis for nearly two decades. Fixing service charges eluded her. She will outline the issues and difficulties that landlords face and explain how these impact on leaseholders, internal teams, and landlord resources.  

This will be followed by an interactive workshop where finance directors, chief operating officers and local authority housing directors are invited to share their experience of service charges, the inadequacy of current technology solutions and the costs of getting it wrong. Vamsi Marapudi from Neo will also demonstrate the Propsys 360  Service Charge module which responds to the challenge.
