LHC Procurement Group Limited

Established in 1966, LHC is a not-for-profit central purchasing body who develop OJEU compliant frameworks in England, Scotland and Wales delivered through our network of 5 local hubs. LHC’s frameworks are available to all publicly funded contracting authorities to procure works, goods and services to construct, refurbish and maintain social housing, schools and public buildings.

LHC has offices and field based staff throughout England, Wales and Scotland. More than 700 public organisations have used our frameworks.

Our five local hubs actively contribute to our insights, as knowledge sharing between LHC and the local hubs is constant, in both directions. This process is fundamental to our organisation successfully serving local projects and agendas.
