In this session, we explore into how the housing sector can create a truly inclusive and supportive workplace, embedding mental health support, neuroinclusion, and well-being practices. We’ll also address the pressing issue of low pay and job insecurity, which are driving skilled professionals out of the sector, while many frontline staff face housing insecurity themselves. The need to build a culture of care for staff is more urgent than ever.
