Stop Social Housing Stigma (a tenant-led campaign) has developed a “Tackling Stigma Journey Planner” in collaboration with Durham University, Sheffield Hallam University, CIH, TPAS and YD Consultants. It is designed to help the sector address harmful narratives and perceptions.

 

The framework will also help landlords comply with various parts of the Tenant Satisfaction Measures and Consumer Regulatory Standards, including the requirement to treat tenants with fairness and respect, among others.
