The Renters (Reform) Bill includes a ban on Section 21 no-fault evictions, a new private rented sector redress scheme, extra enforcement powers for councils and new grounds for evicting tenants. This session will examine the impact of the Renters Reform Bill on social housing provision and services and how housing associations and councils can work together with the Private Rented Sector on best practice and shared learnings to create a fairer system.
