Housing 2025, Europe’s largest housing festival, will be welcoming 9000 people from the housing and wider living sector to Manchester in June. We are delighted to be partnering the British Property Federation, Association of Rental Living among over 50 other core partners this year.

With a coalition of the willing including Greater Manchester Combined Authority, Homes England, Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government and over 500 speakers in 10 theatres, we are confident we can make a change together. 

Housing 2025 will be the place for you to meet those responsible for:

• 4.4m UK social homes, raising new finance of £3.7bn in the last quarter
• £4.5bn invested in UK Build-to-Rent sector with a record 59,000 homes in construction
• A record of £1bn invested into Single-Family Housing in the same year
• 30,000 homes in the UK now owned by For Profit Registered Providers
