Support from residents and communities is essential to the success of any retrofit or regeneration project. They must feel a sense of ownership in the project and have the ability to shape the future of their homes and communities.  

This session will explore the role of co-design in achieving productive, meaningful and representative input from communities during retrofit and regeneration. What are the barriers to co-design and how can they be overcome to deliver improvements that people need and want?
