Thought leader interview with Arturo Dell

Sustainability is a key issue for the sector and I am very interested in how organisations are tackling their long term commitments as part of the decarbonisation agenda and managing day to day priorities such as customer satisfaction, health and safety and the cost of living crisis.

I will be part of a session discussing how to fund decarbonisation costs. I will focus on the data needed to demonstrate organisations are heading in the right direction and using it effectively to influence lenders and other stakeholders.

What new approaches is the government considering to support the social housing sector to meet its decarbonisation targets?

Meeting with the sector and being inspired by the great work organisations are doing to provide safe, affordable and community-based housing for those in need.
